Until recently, our agriturismo was exclusively open to guests. Osteria Panicaglia is now open to everyone! Book a table at our cosy restaurant and enjoy our culinary creations. We elevate the pure Umbrian flavours in our dishes to new levels. At Osteria Panicaglia, we only use home-grown, regional vegetables and products that are local, fresh, and sustainable. Book a table and enjoy a daily 3, 4, or 5-course set menu or choose one of our famous specialities.

Relax, experience new things & enjoy yourself

We have been the proud owners of Borgo Castello Panicaglia since the spring of 2019. It’s an incredible place to stay: a beautiful estate that we have fitted with a warm and attractive interior. There is also a lovely garden, with beautiful wide views and many lounge spots. Everything that makes us happy when we go on holiday, we have provided for our guests.

We want both adults and children to feel at home in Borgo Castello Panicaglia. While you enjoy a heavenly glass of Italian wine, we’ll make sure that the children have the time of their lives. In addition to the pool and the playground, we also organise children’s activities throughout the week during school holidays.

Outside the school holidays, Borgo Castello Panicaglia is not only the perfect spot for weddings, yoga weeks, and cycling and walking holidays, but also for a romantic and culinary getaway for two.

At Borgo Castello Panicaglia, you can enjoy delicious fresh meals all year round, seven days a week. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our chefs try to work with our home-grown and other local products as much as possible. They are also eager to teach you how to make those delicious Italian dishes yourself.

Relaxing by the pool & enjoying the garden

The garden surrounding the Borgo has countless beautiful flowers, plants, and olive trees. We also have an amazing swimming pool. Here you can relax and enjoy the view on one of the (lounge)beds. The pool is open from April until October. Small children are not able to enter the pool without the help of an adult, which makes it safe for our youngest visitors and more relaxing for the parents.
