Accommodation and cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions

• In case of cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date, no costs will be charged.
• In case of cancellation from 44 days to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation costs will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 29 days before the arrival date and in case of a no-show, the total costs of the reservation will be charged.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes or an epidemic, where there is no longer a normal cancellation rate, we can only move reservations.

The prices of our rooms include an extensive breakfast buffet.

There is free Wi-Fi available in the entire accommodation.

Free parking
Parking is for free at the accommodation, no reservations are needed.

Payment
At the moment, payment is only possible by Credit card, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer. For Bank Transfers, the total amount needs to be transferred within 7 days after the reservation is made. In case of a Credit Card or Pay Pal payment, the transaction is processed immediately.
