Italians love being outside, but there is one spot in the home that is very important: the kitchen! Italian recipes are all about pure ingredients and preparation. Special touches are mostly determined by the area where the dish is made and sometimes by century-old recipes that are passed down from generation to generation.

At Borgo Castello Panicaglia, you can enjoy delicious fresh meals all year round, seven days a week. We serve breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner (day menu). Our chefs try to work with our home-grown and other local products as much as possible.

  • Breakfast is included in the room price.
  • Lunch is € 19.95 for adults and
    € 9.95 for children between 4 and 12.
  • Diner is € 29.95 for adults and
    € 14.95 for children between 4 and 12.
  • Special freshly prepared baby/toddler dishes can be ordered for children up to 3 years old.

We don’t work with a set menu. Our chefs prepare different lunch and dinner dishes, every day of the week. We serve these in large bowls for a genuine Italian family feeling. Naturally, at your request we can take into account allergies and other dietary requirements or preferences.

Make your stay even more enjoyable with our meal plan

We also offer a meal plan that you can use: lunch and dinner seven days a week for only 315 euros (only 45 euros a day)! Free tea and coffee are included throughout the day.

The food plan is also available for children (aged 4 to 11 years) for only 20 euros a day and includes free soft drink! Special freshly prepared baby/toddler dishes can be ordered separately for children up to 3 years old.

If you want to spend a day exploring the surroundings and eat lunch or dinner in a local restaurant, please feel free! We will not charge you for the meals that you miss on that day. We can even deduct up to two days for you. To take advantage of this fantastic offer, you only have to take part in the meal plan for a minimum of five days a week.

Breakfast: Our breakfast consists of a variety of freshly baked bread from our kitchen, croissants, organic yoghurt with freshly made granola or other toppings of your choice, freshly chopped fruit, cold meats, cheese, fresh juices, and tea and coffee.

Lunch/dinner: Each and every day, our chefs prepare a delicious lunch and dinner menu using local, seasonal products. Of course, we can accommodate any allergies and dietary preferences. We provide information on the lunch and dinner dishes for the day each morning.
