A unique total experience – cooking like an Italian chef
Discover the secrets of the Italian kitchen during an 8-day cooking workshop! Traditional Umbrian dishes are combined with real Italian classics. Under the guidance of our fantastic chefs Federico and Luca, you will not only learn the basics, but also the finer points of Italian cuisine.

Program
The program of your 8-day cooking holiday (from Saturday to Saturday) looks as follows: you will stay in the beautiful Italian Borgo Castello Panicaglia in Umbria, near Assisi. The day of arrival will be dedicated to getting acquainted with you and in the evening there will be a welcome dinner. This will be followed by six days of cooking classes, excursions and more in-depth information. Each day focuses on one theme, from wine to truffle, from meat to dessert. On Saturday we have breakfast together for the last time and you are on your way home to surprise your loved ones with your new cooking skills.

Workshops + excursions + tastings + meals = enjoyment!
The cooking workshops are interspersed with visits to wine, meat, cheese and olive oil farms in the area. Besides that, there will be tastings at authentic family farms, we’ll go shopping at local markets and we’ll enjoy meals at very special locations.

Every afternoon we cook dinner together in four groups under the supervision of two cooks. Every evening has a different theme.

Saturday
From 15.00 hours you can check in at our hotel. From 17.00 hours you are expected for an aperitivo della casa. From 20.00 hours there will be a welcome dinner. Are you arriving after 21.00 hours? Then we provide a light meal later in the evening.

10.00 – visit to chocolate museum in Perugia
