Saturday – Welcome to the Borgo
In the evening we welcome you with a family aperitivo. The kids will get to know each other through fun games, so everyone can ease into the holiday mood right away.
Sunday – Arts & Crafts Activity
Today we start with the first kids’ activity. The children are invited to express their creativity by making a spring-themed craft. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the afternoon sun by the pool with a refreshing Italian aperitivo.
Monday – Farm Visit & Pasta Workshop
We begin the morning with a visit to an alpaca farm, where the children can meet the animals up close and learn more about life on the farm. In the afternoon they dive into the secrets of the Italian cuisine during our fun and interactive kids’ pasta workshop. They’ll learn how to make fresh pasta and, of course, enjoy their homemade creations afterward.
While the children are busy in the kitchen, we invite adults to join our wine tasting, where you’ll get to try some delicious local wines.
Tuesday – Truffle hunt & Games
After breakfast you’ll go on a truffle hunt with the whole family. You’ll discover how truffles are found and learn all about this fascinating process. Afterwards we serve a truffle lunch at Borgo Castello Panicaglia.
In the afternoon the children take part in a fun game tournament, collecting points through various activities.
Wednesday – Pizza Making & Outdoor Cinema
Where do the tomatoes in tomato sauce come from? That’s what the children will learn this morning as they harvest vegetables from our very own vegetable garden. From bell peppers and zucchini to tomatoes and artichokes, our vegetable garden is abundant with the finest produce.
Tonight you will enjoy delicious, fresh pizza’s from our pizza oven. The children will transform into real chefs with aprons and hats. They will let their creativity loose while topping their pizza’s to their own liking. Afterwards, you will enjoy the homemade pizza’s and settle down in a beanbag during the movie night in our (outdoor) cinema.
Thursday – Sports & Games
For adventurous holidaymakers, an optional rafting activity can be booked in the morning.
In the afternoon the children join an exciting treasure hunt, following clues to find the hidden treasure. In the evening we gather around the campfire to roast breadsticks and marshmallows.
Friday – Bingo, Laser Game & Talent Show
On Friday morning, the younger children join a fun kids’ bingo with the chance to win small prizes. Older children head into the woods for an exciting team-based laser game.
In the evening we end the week with a festive talent show, where children (and brave parents) can show off their talents.
Activities are not just limited to the hotel, enhance your holiday experience with additional activities in the surrounding area. Hunt for the tastiest truffles together with the truffle dogs, immerse yourself in history and culture on a guided city walk through Assisi or learn how to make chocolate during a visit to the chocolate museum in Perugia.
