In our shop you’ll find beautiful Italian specialities, sourced from small family businesses in the area around the borgo. Producers who have remained faithful to their region and tradition. In addition, we offer products from our own land – straight from our 22 hectares, our orchards and our kitchen. What you take home with you is more than a product: it’s a piece of the borgo, carefully bottled, jarred or captured in a fragrance.

Products from our land

Olive oil – cold-pressed from our own olive groves, full of the fruity flavour typical of Umbria. Perfect for salads or dipping bread.
Flour from our own grain – milled and used for bread and pasta in our kitchen. A pure ingredient that allows you to recreate the same flavours at home.
